The GROWN Woman Faith & Mental Health Chat is back—creating a safe, supportive space for honest dialogue, healing, and growth.
Hosted by Lady LaToya Griffin, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, this impactful evening will explore the theme: “Who’s in Your Circle? Navigating Relationships, Friendships & Your Mental Health.” Together, we’ll unpack how the people around us influence our emotional and spiritual well-being, and how to build healthier, more intentional connections.
You’ll hear from a dynamic panel of women with diverse experiences and expertise, including mental health professionals and mentors who are passionate about helping women thrive. Through guided conversation, reflection, and community engagement, this event is designed to leave you feeling seen, supported, and equipped.
