Biblical Teaching, Love, Fellowship, Spiritual Growth, and Discipleship

Authentic Biblical teaching is critical to understanding what God intends for us to do and become as followers of Jesus Christ (2 Timothy 3:16).

God requires all of us to love (Romans 13:10; I Corinthians 13:13).  Understanding what it means to love ourselves and each other is the foundation of becoming like Jesus Christ (Mark 12:31).

Through the various forms of fellowship, we can love, support, and encourage each other as believers (Hebrews 10:25; 1 Thessalonians 5:11) .

Because we are no longer bound to sin as believers, we should strive to be like Jesus Christ daily (Romans 6:6; Ephesians 5:1-2).  Teaching, reading, and living God’s Word with the help of the Holy Spirit motivate us to experience spiritual growth, resisting the desire to remain the same.

God requires us as believers to be demonstrate discipleship, going out and teaching the world about Jesus Christ and His Word (Matthew 28:19-20).
